PROBLEMS LOGGING IN
Password functionality in Infinite Campus has changed to industry standards of requiring strong passwords and a recovery e-mail address. The recovery e-mail address will be necessary to retrieve your Portal User Name if needed.
Parent Account issues can be e-mailed to parentaccounts@mahopac.org .
Staff Account issues should be submitted to the Help Desk at http://lhric.org/servicedesk .
Middle School/High School Student Account issues should be directed to their building?s Computer Lab Staff.
