PROBLEMS LOGGING IN

Password functionality in Infinite Campus has changed to industry standards of requiring strong passwords and a recovery e-mail address.�The recovery e-mail address will�be�necessary�to retrieve�your Portal User Name if needed.�

Parent Account issues can be e-mailed to parentaccounts@mahopac.org.

Staff Account issues should be submitted to the Help Desk at�http://lhric.org/servicedesk.

Middle School/High School Student Account issues should be directed to their building?s Computer Lab Staff.
